Adorable vintage 1950s romper playsuit in a yellow and green floral print polyester / cotton blend. Fitted and lightly boned bodice, elastic ruched back, attached waist tie and straps that are adjustable with hidden buttons. Back metal zipper with interior hook/eye claps. In very good condition showing just a few light spots on strap, tie and piping, see these in the last photo.

Tag size is a vintage "16 or 38 B" but this definitely measures smaller than a 38 inch bust. Please refer to measurements taken while laying flat and doubled where appropriate. The romper is shown on a vintage dress form that is similar to a modern size 4 and it would not zip up all the way in the back but still had a little room in the cups.
Bust across center of boning at front and along top edge of back: 32 inches with darts (81.28 cm) - Note this is not stretched. There is perhaps 1 to 1.5 inches more if stretched. The elastic is still very sturdy and not stretched out at all.
Waist at seam: 30 inches (76.2 cm)
Hips: 40 inches (101.6 cm)
Length from top of bust point to waist seam (not including straps): 11 inches (27.94 cm)
Length from waist seam down to hem: 12 inches (30.48 cm)
Inseam: 2 inches (5.08 cm)
Rise up to waist seam: 14 inches (35.56 cm)
